Assam- In the midst of mirage Northeast India, always has been a scenic beauty, welcomes the 'tracepassers' with a heartful joy during their traditional festival ' Bihu'. It's similar to Bengali's Sankranti or Punjabi's Lori. People burn their grief in the fire for the hope of a new era.
